Henrik Turk vom Stein

Henrik Turk vom Stein has been active in the fields of management diagnostics and leadership development since 2006. At international consulting firms, he was responsible for implementing assessment and training projects both in Germany and abroad. His tasks involved working with managers on all hierarchical levels at renowned firms – from mid-sized companies to DAX corporations.

As a consulting leader, Henrik developed new business areas and had numerous years of personnel and sales responsibility before he switched to the field of talent management at a well-known pharmaceutical company.

Since 2015, the certified psychologist has been working as a freelance consultant for the talents in focus team, supporting organizations in selecting and developing leaders. As a trained coach and mediator, Henrik helps specialists and managers to actively shape their career, transition into a new role and face day-to-day leadership challenges.
