Dr. Martina Schütze
Since 2000, Martina Schütze has been active in the fields of management diagnostics and leadership development. At several different consulting firms, including Kienbaum and Odgers Berndtson, she has directed numerous national and international diagnostics projects for well-known companies from a variety of industries. She founded talents in focus in 2012.
Martina’s diagnostic focus is on selection and development processes for top management. In addition, her work often provides the basis for a systematic talent management in organizations.
Martina holds a PhD in psychology. In a scientific context, she has been intensively involved with interdisciplinary topics at the interface between cognitive psychology and product development.
Certified as a coach and behavioral trainer, she accompanies executives as they face challenges in their professional life, plan their individual career and successfully take over a new position.
