As trained and certified coaches with many years of coaching experience, we support company managers as well as private individuals in their professional and personal development.
We make use of a broad methodological repertoire that includes systemic coaching, transaction analysis and behavioral training. Our solution-oriented approach enables managers to address their concerns quickly and effectively in practice.
The topics in this connection are varied: in Business Coaching, the focus is on specific challenges of everyday leadership; with Onboarding Coaching, we accompany an executive’s first months in a new position; while with Career Coaching, the focus is on an individual’s future professional direction. In a targeted way, we also help managers to prepare themselves for an Assessment Center.
Our coaching work is characterized by trust and discretion. For us, transparency, authenticity, empathy and clarity are essential qualities for a coach. Managers, on the other hand, should be willing to reflect and change and to work continuously on themselves.
Before each coaching process, we conduct a non-binding initial conversation to get to know each other personally. The coaching begins with setting the goals that will be used to measure progress during and at the end of the process. The methods that are employed are tailored to individual needs.
Depending on the topic, four to six personal sessions of about three hours in length have proven to be effective. These are conducted within four to six months. Building upon this, we also coach via telephone or video conferencing in shorter units.
Onboarding Coaching usually covers a time period of eight to 12 months.
