As coaches, we support company managers as well as private individuals in their professional and personal development in various professional contexts and phases. The focus is on specific challenges of daily leadership (Businesss Coaching), further career orientation (Career Coaching), or the initial months in a new position (Onboarding Coaching). In addition, we provide support for targeted preparation for an upcoming interview or assessment center.
Based on certified training and extensive experience in executive coaching, we draw upon a broad methodological repertoire that includes systemic coaching, transaction analysis and behavioral training. The focus is always on susstainable practical transfer.
Continuous work on oneself in a confidential context
Our coaching work is characterized by trust and discretion. For us, an honest yet appreciative approach with empathy, clarity, and consstructive feedback is the foundation for successful coaching. Managers should be willing to reflect and change and to work continuously on themselves.
Before each coaching process, we conduct a non-binding initial conversation to get to know each other personally. The coaching begins with a thorough discussion of expectations and goals, which are consistently revisited to measure progress. The methods that are employed are tailored to individual needs.
Frequency and duration of the individual sesssions, as well as the entire coaching process, vary depending on the need and topic. After one to two in-person meetings at the beginning, online sessions lasting 60 to 120 minutes have proven effective, being seamlessly integrated into the work routine and supplemented by occasional in-person-meetings.
