Whether a leader is successful in a new role depends largely on his or her ability to integrate into the new environment and its culture. Even in a familiar context, managers who take on a new position are confronted with a host of unfamiliar requirements.
Onboarding Coaching focuses on systematically identifying and mastering the requirements associated with the new position. Together with the manager, we develop an individual implementation-oriented integration strategy, based on the defined integration goals. Obstacles that arise during the implementation are illuminated and addressed in a targeted way.
