Ralf has more than 20 years of leadership experience in personnel and leadership development as well as in managing and accompanying change processes at DAX-30 corporations and their mid-sized subsidiaries in the IT, energy and mobility industries. There he has implemented and been responsible for international talent-management programs, accompanied company-wide change programs and led various departments and Competence Centers.
He brings his extensive national and international business experience to talents in focus, providing advice on customer-specific questions related to talent management and management diagnostics and actively implementing diagnostic measures primarily for executives.
