The increasing dynamism and complexity of everyday business life presents significantly higher demands on managers’ flexibility, adaptability and capacity to change. New forms of collaboration as well as leadership are in demand. Managers are often confronted by contradictory expectations, and the balance between professional and personal life is fraught with tension.
In our role as coaches, we see ourselves as sparring partners, catalysts and companions for individuals as they continue to develop in their leadership role and cope with the associated challenges.
We work with each manager on his or her individual topics, giving regular feedback and developing solutions together.
